CONDITIONS OF SALE 1. All lots are priced at current Scott Catalog. 2. All stamps are sold as genuine and are guaranteed to be as represented in the catalog. Should a claim of error of description arise, the lot must be returned intact within 10 days of receipt and must be in exactly the same condition as sold for a REFUND of the Hammer Price plus 15% FEE. Stamps may be sent to APS, PF or PSE for Expertizing Certificate. Buyer must submit a notice of intent to Golden Valley Stamp Auctions within 10 days of receipt. If the stamp is certified not as described, the APS Member's rate will be reimbursed plus Hammer Price plus 15% Fee. Stamps described with flaws cannot be return for additional flaws. 3. All lots will be sold to the highest bidder at one increment advance over the second highest bidder. 4. Payment must be made in USA funds and must be received within one week of notification of successful bids. Visa, Master Card and Discover may be accepted. 5. Lots maybe inspected at the store prior to the Auction. 6. Minnesota Sales Tax will be charged unless exempt. 7. A 15% BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to the hammer price. 8. The minimum mailing and handling charge is $2.00.
