-The highest bidder shall be the purchaser and no bidder shall retract their bids. All sales final. -Any dispute as to any bidding will be determined and settled by the Auctioneer at his sole discretion. -Purchases become the responsibilty of the purchaser upon awarding of the bid. -Complete settlement of all purchases must be made in the specified time. - Payment must be made by*******APPROVED CHEQUE, E-TRANSFER OR CASH******** -All items exceeding $2500 being paid for by cheque will not be released until payment has cleared the bank or prior arrangements have been made. -Anyone having the winning bid in online only Auction and not making settlement for said item will be permanentley band from all our future auctions. -All applicable taxes will be paid for by the purchaser. -All items must be removed by the specified time announced -If purchaser fails to remove lots within a reasonable time the lot(s) shall be deemed abandoned. -The Auctioneers, at their sole discretion, may dispose of the lot(s) without notice or compensation -All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranteed. -Bidder inspection is encouraged. -All items are sold in "as is where is" condition with no guarantee expressed or implied. -The Purchaser shall be deemed to have inspected the lot(s) to their full satisfaction before making their bid. -Anyone caught tampering with or removing any parts from any lot in the auction will be permanently banned from our auctions and charges will be laid by the police. -For internet only auctions we reserve the right to cancel and /or reopen the auction in the case of system failures' -Other terms and conditions maybe announced by Auctioneer on some specific lot(s) when they apply.
