Settlement in full must be made on sale day in cash, debit or charge card and before goods are removed from the premises. Goods left on premises may at the option of the Auctioneer become liable for storage charges and any goods so stored may after notice to the purchaser be resold and any deficiency charged to the purchaser. All goods are sold on an "as is", "where is" basis and no warranty implied or otherwise exists in relation to any goods offered for sale unless otherwise announced at the sale.
