4. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
5. Keller Auctioneers reserve the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion.

7. This auction has a 10% buyer's premium and 6% PA sales tax. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $110 with sales tax of $6.60 for a total due of $116.60.
8. Payment accepted is MasterCard and Visa only. Buyer's purchases will be paid with the credit card used to register for this auction.

10. All items must be picked up on Saturday, June 1, between 11 am and 1 pm at Keep Safe Storage, 145 Marble Drive of off Granite Run Drive in Lancaster, PA. Items not claimed by 1:00 pm will be considered abandoned. Buyer will be charged the full bid amount for items or property not picked up by the designated date time, and will forfeit their right and claim to the property. Proper identification and proof of payment is required. Your email receipt can serve as proof of payment. NOTICE: Keller Auctioneers will not be able to hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times. Everything must be cleared form the storage facility at 1 pm.

12. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures including, but not limited to, electrical outage, storms, internet outage and computer failure.

14. This auction uses a soft close, which prevents sniping. The auction will begin to close at 8:00pm on Thursday, May 30. Items will remain open for three minutes after the latest bid.
