-Payment may be made by cash, check, or credit card. Returned checks will be assessed a fee. -Virginia state sales tax of 6% applies. Dealers may provide a tax-exempt certificate at time of payment. -A buyer's premium of 15% will be added to every purchase. A discount of 3% will be given for cash and good checks. Alexandria Auctions LLC makes no guarantee, whether express or implied, with regard to the lot's condition, value, age, maker, etc. We attempt to note all known defects in the lot's description. However, it is the buyer's responsibility to inspect all lots before bidding. -All sales are final. No returns on any lot for any reason. -All items must be picked up on the pickup days and during the times provided, unless special arrangements are made with the auction house. These arrangements must be made PRIOR to the auction's close. If the buyer fails to pick up items during the Pickup Day and fails to make special arrangements for pick up - the credit card on file will be charged the total invoice price, and the said items immediately become property of Alexandria Auctions LLC. -Small lots (items that can easily fit into a USPS Flat Rate Box) can usually be shipped and will be charged a $10 handling fee per shipment. Call regarding shipping on specific lots BEFORE bidding. -Alexandria Auctions LLC reserves the right to withdraw any lot at any time before the auction closes, for any reason.
