There is a ten percent (10%) buyer's premium on all items.
Payment must be made in full on the day of the auction. The bidder's credit card on file will be charged unless the bidder notifies the auction company in the "Auctioneer's Notes" section of the account stating that they will appear in person on the day of the auction to pay with cash or bank wire transfer. If payment is not received immediately however, the auctioneer reserves the right to sell the items to the next highest bidder.
All vehicles, tractors, and equipment should be inspected carefully by a qualified professional before operating, and all vehicles must have insurance before they can be driven off the auction site.
All items must be removed from the auction site on the day of the auction up until 5pm or on Saturday, June 11, 2016 (8am to 5pm) However Lawler Auction Company, it's Consignors, agents, officers, owners, and employees are not to be held responsible or liable for any item left on the auction property regardless of when the items are picked up. Buyer is solely responsible for the security of the items purchased and therefore should remove items from the auction site immediately.
Load-out is the responsibility of the buyer, therefore bidders are encouraged to bring plenty of help necessary to load-out their own items. Lawler Auctions will provide fork lift assistance (up to 5,000 pounds) for a fee of $15 per lift. Buyers may bring their own load-out equipment, however a certificate of insurance will be required before the equipment can be unloaded.
