If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes. * Payment: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 3pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file. No Cards for any invoice over $500. * Declined Cards: There is a $65 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason. * Large Invoices: Auction company, may charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash, Cashier's Check. or, Wire Transfer for all amounts over $500. * Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. * Sales Tax and Farm (AG) Exemption: Please forward in advance sales tax exemption information, go to www.WaltCadeAuctions.com/salestax.htm . Payment must be completed by 3pm day following auction. 30% restocking fee for unclaimed items. * No Shipping This Auction * Shipping: (IWhen Available) For small items, Once you pay your invoice with us and request items to be shipped, Pack & Mail will pick your items up at our facility within 48 hours and they will contact you for your desired shipping method and will quote you a price to include any packaging or handling. (All shipping is at buyer cost) For larger items you must have shipper pickup at our location after full payment is made. Note: Items not paid and or picked up or authorized by you for shipping within 48 hours of auction close will be donated to the Children's Foundation.
