Registration: All bidders must complete the registration process to participate in the auction. Registration requires accurate personal information, including name, address, email, and contact number. Auctioneer reserves the right to approve or deny registration at its discretion. Bidding: Bids placed are binding contracts. Once placed, bids cannot be retracted. Bidders must review item descriptions, conditions, and images before placing bids. The highest bid acknowledged by the auction platform at the closing time will be deemed the winning bid. Bid Increments: Auctioneer determines bid increments and may adjust them during the auction at their discretion. Reserve Prices: Some items may have a reserve price (minimum price) set by the consignor. Auctioneer reserves the right to bid on behalf of the consignor up to the reserve price. Winning and Payment: The highest bidder at the close of an item's bidding period will be deemed the winner. Winning bidders will be notified by email with instructions for payment. Payment is due within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include Cash, Money Order, Cashable Check or Credit Card (4% processing fee is added). All payments must be in the currency specified by the auction. Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium 10% will be added to the final hammer price of each item for On-Line Buyers. This premium is non-negotiable and is subject to applicable taxes. Shipping and Delivery: Preferred method of delivery is shipping. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. No Shipping Charged on $500 purchases or more - not including Firearms. Auctioneer will provide estimated shipping costs during the checkout process. Item Conditions: All items are sold "as is" and without any warranties, express or implied. Item descriptions provided are based on available information and believed to be accurate; however, errors or omissions may occur. Disputes: In the event of a dispute, Auctioneer's decision will be final. Bidders agree not to hold Auctioneer responsible for any errors or technical glitches that may occur during the auction. Withdrawal of Items: Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction at any time. Legal Compliance: Bidders are responsible for understanding and complying with any applicable laws and regulations related to the purchase and ownership of auction items. Lives Bidders can pick up items at the sale except for all firearms. On LIne bidders will need to call to arrange for shipping, otherwise we will assume you are picking them up. After May 5th, items can be picked up at St Onge Livestock, St Onge, SD.
