Lot # : 29 - Rojo

5 year old palomino (reddish) appaloosa. He is one of the rarest apples we have ever seen where he has a dark base with white spots. He is a stout built horse with great confirmation. He is friendly and has been easy for us to catch. He runs quietly in a large herd and seems to cause no problems. He has been easy to shoe, has never offered to pull back. Stands quietly at hitching rail or tied to trailer. Loads and hauls with no issues. He’s been used in the feed lot, in the rugged mountains gathering cattle, we’ve roped cattle off him on the ranch, been up and down the mountains, trail ridden all over. Will make a great using, mountain, ranch, trail riding or hunting horse. He’s strong enough to carry anyone but easy enough to get on. He’s a perfect size of around 14.3-15 hands. He’s just an all around nice gelding.
