Auction company will have a 85hp Tractor w/ Loader and a 65hp Skid Steer on site to assist buyers with loading, heavy items. SHIPPING: We will load shipping that you have arranged. AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. BUYER'S PREMIUM: 9%, 4% Cash Discount.
