IF WE ARE NOT NOTIFIED THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAY CASH OR PAY WITH A DIFFERENT CARD, YOUR CARD ON FILE WITH HIBID WILL BE CHARGED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF AUCTION CLOSE, REGARDLESS OF WHEN YOU PICK UP. We use USPS Ground Advantage and UPS with insurance for the smaller items. We charge a $4.99 Handling fee on top of the actual cost of shipping. Note that Sam's Auction has the right to decide what size items we deem small enough to ship. We do not offer shipping on larger items ourselves but we will allow the buyer to facilitate shipping with a 3rd party company themselves. You will then receive an email showing your invoice is paid, as well as a tracking number for your package. Depending on the amount of items being prepared to ship, this process may take several days to a week to complete. Please understand that the days following the auction are the busiest for pick up customers. This may delay packing your items to ship.
