Successful Bidders are responsible for picking up or request shipping for their items within the week following the auction close. Krown Deals and Auctions is not responsible for items that have not been picked up within the week following the auction close. Successful Bidders will receive an email confirmation with an attached invoice for any amount owing within one hour of Auction close. Returns are only accepted if the item does not match description, or does not work. You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item by email krownauctions@gmail.com and we will infom you on the necessary steps to return the item.
