Bidding on items is a legal binding contract. The Auction company is not responsible for accidents. Everything is sold "as-is where-is" with no warranties and no returns on item(s) purchased. After winning bid, you are responsible for your items. Auction company is not responsible for accidents, damage, or theft of your items. Payment in full is required on day of auction, by auction close. Buyers will be required to have a paid receipt before loading their purchases and is the buyers sole responsibility for timely pick up of items purchased. (Bring appropriate help to load your items.) The auction company is not responsible for errors or omissions in description of items. We do our best to represent every item sold, to the best of our knowledge and ability. There is a 3% convenience fee added to the total purchase for the use of a credit card and/or debit card. There is a 3% Buyer's Premium on each individual purchase. Out of state checks require prior approval for acceptance. Acceptable forms of payment include: credit/debit cards (with 3% fee), APPROVED checks, and cash.
