Auction Terms & Conditions There will be NO shipping on this auction unless preapproved. Any furniture will be drop off at approved location and buyers expense. There will be a $10 handling charge per buyer. PICKUP WILL BE SUNDAY, May 5th FROM 12 to 4 PM Open house for viewing will be March 28th from 5 - 7:30 pm All buyers must have items picked up that day or make other arangments with me 402-801-1444.
