If you require shipping, then all guns must be shipped to your local FFL dealer for pickup in your state. Peddlers Pawn will not ship to Alaska, California, or Hawaii. You must be 18 years old to purchase a long gun and 21 years old to purchase a handgun. You must pass a background check to receive a firearm from Peddlers Pawn. There will be a $30.00 fee per gun for background check and transfer documents per gun. Jackson Real Estate & Auction acts only as an agent for the Seller and has retained the services of Peddlers Pawn to handle all FFL requirements.
