If paying with a check, a drivers license will be required. 4% fee will be charged for Credit cards. * Pickup time will be Friday May 3, 12:00pm to 5:00 pm central time * Shipping policy and disclaimer of shipping warranty. A $20.00 handling fee will be added to the invoice for any invoices requiring shipping. When you signup, indicate if you will be pcking up in person or require shipping. * If you require shipping, if the goods are damaged during shipment, it is the buyers responsibility to file a claim. The Auction Company has no control over what happens during shipment. * Location and court to be used for dispute resolution. * An explanation of how absentee bids are executed. * For internet-only auctions, reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. * If your state or country requires licensing, include your license information.
