Auction Terms & Conditions REGISTRATION & IDENTIFICATION: At the time of registration, we collect information about you to verify who you are before you can bid. We collect credit card information to ensure that you are a qualified buyer. All bidders must be of legal age to bid. All bidders and others attending this auction agree that they have read and fully understand the terms and agree to be bound thereby. These terms are in addition to all other posted information, if any. Auctioneers reserve the right to reject any or all bids and reserve the right to bid on behalf of an absentee bidder. A buyers premium will be added to the purchase price of every item. Sales tax will be charged, unless buyer has dealers resales certificate that is directly related to the industry being sold. Perspective buyer should present resale information at time of registrations. Announcements sale day supersede any and all previously released information including all oral or printed material regardless of medium. PICKUPS & REMOVALS: Any item not picked up during the posted pickup times will be considered an abandoned item. Items are sold as is, where is, with all faults. If you abandon an item, your credit card will be charged for the purchase price of the item plus the cost to remove, transport and dispose the item. Dates and times for pickup will be posted on our website. Do not bid if you are unable to have your items picked up. Buyers assume all responsibility successfully bid on, neither auction company nor seller assumes responsibility item(s) after auctioneer declares the item (s) SOLD. PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASES: There is no cost to register for an auction. Your credit card will not be charged unless you win. When an auction closes on pickup you can pay (cash or debit, plus applicable buyers' premium, and taxes, as stated in terms of auction. Full payment each sale day by cash or credit/debit card. No purchases will be removed until paid in full. CONDITIONS OF ITEMS SOLD & OUR ONLINE CATALOGUE: Our best efforts are made to represent all items accurately in descriptions and photographs; however, all items are ultimately sold on an 'as is, where is' basis, with all faults. By registering and agreeing to the terms for this online auction. You are accepting the risk for having the coins and currency shipped (if you are requiring shipping). ADDITIONS & DELETIONS: We reserve the right to remove and/or add lots and/or items to the sale at any point during the auction. BUYERS: The BUYER: Expressly agrees to indemnify and save Great West, the Seller, and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage, or liability, directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions of United Country Exploration Realty & Auctions , or anyone acting in his/her behalf in connection with or arising out of auction. All bidders/buyers must be of legal age. Buyer assumes all responsibility for removal, transportation, and handling of purchases. Buyers must be insured and bonded riggers were applicable. Riggers must summit of copies of insurances and bond of at least 1 million to auction company prior to any equipment removal. Purchasers shall use state licensed professionals for the removal and/or disconnect of electrical or plumbing and the removal of hazardous waste and shall comply with ALL environmental laws and regulations. RESERVE: Some items are items sold with Reserve. If an item is being sold with a reserve, it will be clearly marked and identified. For items sold with a 'reserve', you will be required to pay a minimum amount in order to win the item. AUCTION RECORDS: In the unlikely event of a dispute, you agree to accept as true the information that we have in our records. CATALOGUE ERRORS & OMISSIONS: If a description does not match a picture in a lot, the description takes precedence. All items are sold on an (as is) where is basis, with all faults. Note: Sizes are approximate and not guaranteed to be exact. GUNS & GUN RELATED ITEMS: Winning Bidder Must Produce Issued Photo License at Pickup. Name on license must match name on invoice. If you cannot produce a valid ID for pickup, you will still be obligated to pay for any items you bid on that require the license but will not be allowed to remove the items. All gun and gun related items including those that require a PAL must be picked up in person. There will be no shipping offered on gun or gun related items. If you purchase a gun and/ or gun related item(s) and expect it to be shipped, you will still be obligated to pay for the item(s) and will not get it shipped. Item(s) will be forfeited and become United Country Exploration Realty & Auctions Property.
