We are a Liquidation company that specializes in selling returned and overstock items from major retailers. We offer both individual item sales and Truck sales to accommodate resellers. Most of the items we sell are still in their original boxes.
ITEM CONDITIONS:
Our product conditions have been carefully defined to provide clear expectations for our customers:
1. New: Our New category includes overstock, excess inventory, closeout merchandise, and shelf pulls. These are items that may come in packaging that could be intact or show varying levels of damage. However, the contents inside remain operationally intact. During liquidation, some items may have loose parts within their packaging due to palletization and transport. These items are unused, except for necessary functionality testing and part accountability, any missing parts will be clearly noted in the descriptions. They are fully functional and housed in original retail packaging, which might display light to significant wear or have stickers, such as price tags or markdowns. We emphasize that your bid is for the item itself and not the condition of the box. To ensure transparency, we provide photos of the actual items you are bidding on, so there's no misconception of receiving a pristine box. Please note, bidder negligence is not a valid reason for a refund.
2. Like New: These products may show signs of light to virtually no usage. The main component has undergone and passed basic functionality tests. In cases where items serve multiple/secondary functions, defects present will be clearly detailed in our damage descriptions. Please be aware that accessories, cords, remotes/controllers, removable parts, chargers, and manuals ETC. might not be included with these items. Additionally, the original packaging is not guaranteed. This category offers a balance between near-new quality and the practicality of used items, with transparent information on any specific flaws or missing components.
3. Uninspected Returns: These items are untested and come with various cosmetic conditions. They could be functional or non-functional. Expect potential absence of accessories, cords, remotes/controllers, removable components, batteries, chargers, and manuals. Sets may be incomplete, and original packaging isn't guaranteed. As these items arrive, they are posted with no warranty or guarantee and the bidder assumes all the risk. We remind you that we receive all of our liquidations in this condition and will be the primary category for pallets auctioned.
4. Used & Working: Items in this category show cosmetic wear but have passed basic functionality tests, similar to the Like New condition. However, they may lack accessories, cords, remotes/controllers, removable parts, batteries, chargers, and manuals. Sets might be incomplete, and original packaging isn't guaranteed.
5. Salvage: These items are non-functional and typically used only for parts. They come with varying degrees of cosmetic wear and are likely missing accessories, cords, remotes/controllers, removable components, batteries, chargers, and manuals. Sets may be incomplete, and original packaging is not guaranteed.
Please note that all items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS without any guarantees or warranties. Once a sale is made, it is considered final. While we strive to communicate any defects in the items to our customers, please understand that we may not be aware of every detail and cannot guarantee the accuracy of item descriptions. We explicitly exclude warranties of merchantability, fitness for use and purpose, as well as descriptions. The item descriptions we provide are based on unverified information, and we cannot guarantee their accuracy. While we gather information from reliable sources, it may not always be completely accurate. We encourage bidders to inspect items before bidding and take personal responsibility for verifying any information during the inspection process. Please be aware that item descriptions and listings are subject to change, correction, update, or cancellation without notice.
The buyer assumes all risks, expenses, and liabilities associated with storage, insurance, tear-down, loading, and removal of the purchased item(s). It is essential to schedule a pickup appointment, and if someone other than the rightful buyer is designated to pick up the items, we will not be responsible for any loss, damages, or return requests. Please ensure that you pick up your items within the designated pickup window. We cannot be held responsible for any negligence in inspecting the items.
Sales tax will be charged unless the buyer provides a proper tax exemption form before the auction closes. Once the cards have been charged, no corrections will be made. If we are unable to charge the card at the auction's close, we will accept payment via Square, with a 4% convenience fee added. Tax-exempt buyers must email a complete tax certificate to javier@liquidationsa.com. If not already on file with our office, a copy of your Sales and Tax Use Permit and your driver's license will be required. A 17% Buyer Premium will be added to all items sold. We accept all major credit cards.
Once the auction concludes, a paid invoice will be sent to the email address registered with Liquidation SA! Please have your invoice number ready when you come for pickup. By purchasing any item(s) in this auction
Restocking Fee: If you fail to pick up your items within the specified time frame for your corresponding auction (including both weekday auctions and weekly auctions), a restocking fee will be applied. This fee will be either 30% of the item's value or $30.00, whichever is greater. Please note that if you wish to participate in future auctions with us, you will need to settle these fees before any additional items you win can be released to you.
Holds: If you contact us to request a hold on your items beyond their designated pick-up window, a hold fee will be charged. This fee will amount to either $20 or 30% of your total balance paid, whichever is greater.
Unpaid Balances: If you have an outstanding balance, we will not retrieve your items from our shelves. Your items will only be picked and released to you once you arrive and settle your balance.
We do offer shipping for certain auctions and items. If you require shipping, please email javier@liquidationsa.com for more information. We will provide you with the box's dimensions and weight to help you purchase a UPS shipping label. The buyer is responsible for UPS label and shipping costs, along with a $5.00 materials fee and a $15.00 handling charge sent via Square invoice. Currently, we only accept credit and debit card payments; cash payments are not accepted.
Please include a note if you require shipping for your items so that we can prepare your order promptly. We will provide the weight and dimensions of the box for you to purchase a UPS shipping label. Please note that we ship exclusively through UPS and charge a $15.00 handling fee in addition to the $5.00 materials fee. If an order is too large to fit in one box, we will try to consolidate it to save on shipping costs. However, if it cannot fit, we will charge on a per-package basis.
If you are a shipper, you will receive parcel dimensions and weight, along with a UPS website link, by the Tuesday following the auction's end date. You must provide the UPS label no later than the following Thursday; otherwise, the items will be forfeited and recycled for the next auction. If you want us to provide the UPS label for you, there will be an additional $15.00 charge on top of the shipping cost.
