This auction will incorporate a "SOFT CLOSE". Bidding within the last minute before the closing of an item will extend the bidding time by an additional amount of time. This prevents individuals from placing a bid on an item at the last second to prevent others from bidding more. * Bidding begins once posted. The Auction will close May 6th, 2024, beginning at 5PM CST until the last bid is completed. * In event of power outage, we reserve the rights to award the winning bid to the last accepted bidder. *We will send an email after the sale with your invoice. If we don't hear from you, by close of business on May 9th, 2024, we will charge your card on file for your convenience. Removal and/or transportation of item(s) won on auction shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the buyer. Any Items not removed at the allotted checkout times, unless arrangements have been made and agreed upon by seller, will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all right, title and interest to the property, including all moneys from the buyer. FAILURE to pay for items WILL result in buyer being PERMANENTLY BANNED from future High Bid auctions. There is a 10% Buyers Premium on all items. Local Tax rate is 5.5%. Unpaid accounts will be charged at close of business on May 9th to the credit card account on file unless we are contacted as to your preferred payment method. Unclaimed items will be resold on or after May14th. * We can provide shipping on most items; the buyer pays for all shipping and handling. It may be unfeasible to ship some items due to weight or size. All items we can ship will be marked as Shipping Available. Those items not marked as Shipping Available must be picked up at the sale location. Handling fees are determined by shipper with a nominal handling fee.
