All measurements are approximate. At the end of the auction, we automatically process all winning bids with the credit card on file. If credit card on file is declined, the Buyer will receive an automated text to complete direct payment. If payment is not made in 48 hours, the purchase will be cancelled and negative feedback may be added to the Buyer’s HiBid account. Any settlements must be agreed upon between both the Auctioneer and Buyer before any disputed charges are refunded to the credit card on file. HiBid will send out a "You may have won" message if you are the highest bidder at the end of the auction, but didn't clear the reserve price. Nostalgia Estate Sale's Consignor makes the final call for unmet reserves. Please contact us to determine if your high bid was approved. The Buyer will be charged shipping and handling fees separately, once the initial item purchased is successfully processed. We provide a tiered shipping policy to cover the costs of shipping materials. Tier 1: Items weighing less than 1 lb - $7.00. Tier 2: Items weighing 1-10 lbs - $10.00 Tier 3: Items weighing 11-35 lbs - $15.00 Tier 4: Items weighing 36-50 lbs - $30.00 Additional fees may apply depending on complexity, fragility, amount, size and weight of item(s), or the amount of packaging/handling required. Shipping may not be available for all items. When registering, please leave a note if you want your item shipped. Purchased items slated for local pick up must be picked no later than seven business days after the last day of the Marketplace Sale. Unclaimed items not picked up after 10 business days will be forfeited and buyer will be banned from future sales and auctions. No refunds, charge backs, credits or exchanges, no exceptions. California residents pay sales tax. If you prefer to pick up your item locally and have not specified shipping needs, please contact us directly to schedule your pickup. We will send you an email to schedule a time to pick up your item through our Calendly.com account. If for whatever reason you don't hear from us, call (747) 296-9496 between 10am - 6pm PDT Mon-Fri to make an appointment directly. If you plan on having someone else pick up your winning bids please contact us and we'll send you an Authorization for Property Pick-Up Form to fill out prior to pick up. If you need your item shipped, please keep in mind that Nostalgia Estate Sales reserves the right to make the final decision on how the item gets shipped to your address.
