We recommend that you visit the auction site to inspect any items you'd like to buy before bidding on auction day.There will be designated days to view items in person You may also send someone to the site to conduct the inspection on your behalf, if you win the auction you own the item. Titles: Vehciles, Boats,Trailers that come with titles have a Title Delay. In most circumstances your title(s) will be mailed to you within 3 business days of funds clearing. Some titles may need to have duplicates purchased and in these cases we have titles made available within 30 days of purchase. These Cases are rare but do happen. Your title will be filled out with the buyers name and address and will have notorized when needed. We do our best to describe the item to the best of our knowledge but we are not responsible for any misinformation in description and strongly advise coming in person to view and make your own judgement, There will be no refunds all sales are FINAL. Buyers fee and Sales tax. There will be a 10% buyer fee added to each item purchased. There will also be 6% maryland sales tax added to each item . Sales tax will be waived with proper Tax exemption forums such as farm use and re seller etc. No tax will be added to vehicles. Payment methods We accept Cash, Certified Bank Checks as well as credit and debit cards. there will be a 4% processing fee for all credit card purchases . all purchases are in US dollars All items MUST be paid for, in full, the day after the auction, or at pick up. Upon failure to pay, the auction company reserves the right to void any unpaid invoices, and to ban the unpaid bidder from future auctions All items MUST be picked up during the specified pickup time, or shipping arrangements made with a us or a third party shipping company. Please communicate your decision with us after the completion of the auction! IF YOU NEED MORE TIME TO PICK UP WE WILL WORK WITH YOU BUT PLEASE REACH OUT TO US RIGHT AWAY OR BEFORE YOU BID. Failure to remove items during the specified times, or failure to arrange shipping or set up an alternate pickup date will result in forfeiture of item(s). The buyer WILL STILL be charged for the full amount! If there is any question, buyer must ask auctioneer before end of sale and before you bid!. Once an item is sold, the winning bidder becomes the owner of the item immediately at the close of the bid. Auctioneer will not give refunds. We offer SOME in house shipping options depending on item and location. Reserve Price: Some lots are offered subject to a reserve. A reserve is a confidential minimum price below which such lot will not be sold. Auctioneer will act to protect the reserve by bidding. The auctioneer may open the bidding on any lot below the reserve by placing a bid on behalf of the Seller and may continue to bid on behalf of the Seller up to the amount of the reserve.The highest qualified Bidder recognized by the Auctioneer shall be the buyer. Auctioneer's decision and declaration of the winning Bidder shall be final and binding upon all Bidders For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
