We use Square Card Processing on site or through an emailed invoice if requested. Texas sales tax is payable by all buyers liable to tax. Buyer is responsible for pickup. Failure to pickup items at designated times will result in forfeiture of items. We will work with you as much as possible on pick-up times. We will not have packing supplies or loading help. Make sure to bring our own packing supplies. Buyer shall indemnify Estate Treasures against any damages, claims, liability as a result of any harm or injury suffered by any person during the sale or pickup of items. Shipping Shipping will not be offered for this auction. In person pickup only. Indemnification Buyer shall indemnify Estate Treasures against any claims, damages, or liability (including reasonable attorney's fees) as a result of an injury or other harm suffered by any person and stemming from the sale, whether arising before, during, or after the sale. Buyer agrees to indemnify Estate Treasures for any damages or losses. Buyer will not hold Estate Treasures, it's owners, affiliates or it's employees, liable for accidents, injury, theft, or incidents related to this purchase.
