AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS ONLINE BIDDERS- All items sell as is/where is, with any and all faults and flaws. Items sell with NO warranty stated or implied on any item. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. PREVIEW- Lot preview times will be located in the Auction description. PICK UP & LOAD OUT- Winning bidders must pick up their items the morning after the auction closes, starting @ 12pm. Bidders are responsible for contacting Brown's Auction House LLC by 5pm to make any arrangements for items to be shipped. Any items not picked up or arrangements made, will incur a storage fee of 5$ per day per item. After 7 days, the item or items will be sold to pay for storage. SHIPPING- Brown's Auction House will ship items AT BUYERS EXPENSE. Shipping will be charged to Buyer at actual cost of shipping method used by buyer plus a shipping and handling fee of 5$ per box. ATTN: Brown's Auction House shall NOT be held responsible or liable for any breakage to packages or shortages in delivery during the shipping process. BUYER'S PREMIUM- 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example = If you bid 100$, you will be charged 115$ at checkout. PAYMENT- Accepted forms of payment include Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, Wire Transfer, and Cash. The card you have on file will be charged immediately following the auction. Payment must be made before items are picked up or prior to shipping. CONDITIONS- All items are sold AS IS/WHERE IS, with NO warranty expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to determine the condition of the items and to bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are NOT guaranteed. ALWAYS read the item description. Occasionally, the wrong photo could be displayed. RIGHTS- Brown's Auction House reserves the right to add and/or remove items from any listed auction. Also, the right to cancel/reschedule/suspend/extend any auction event and or any auction item including making any changes to auction closing times, removal times, or inspection times. Brown's Auction House reserves the right to make exceptions to any of our conditions and terms where applicable. AGE REQUIREMENTS- All bidders must be 18 years of age to purchase.
