A 10% buyers premium will be added to the purchase price of each numbered lot for auction. Payment is required before pickup. 606 Real Estate & Auction team along with the family of the Osbourne estate are not responsible for accidents or damage at auction time. Items are photographed and described to the best of our ability and no warranties are expressed or implied.

Pickup will be held on May 14 & 16, from 4-7pm each day. Some items are have and are located on the second floor of the residence, please bring help to load and carry items purchased. 606 Real Estate & Auction team and the sellers are not responsible for any accidents or damage.
