By using this website you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions as they are stated at that given time. This auction has a 10% Buyer’s premium and is subject to Wisconsin’s sales tax laws. All items are sold AS IS, where is, and with all faults with no warranties or returns. All sales are final. No Warranty or Guarantee is expressed or implied and each item is the sole responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the lot is declared sold. Ascher Auctions LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any auction at any time for any reason. Shipping may be arranged at the Buyers expense and will be subject to a handling fee. Ascher Auctions LLC will not be held responsible for any damage that may occur during loading or shipping. By bidding on an item you are stating that the items condition is acceptable for you to purchase. Each bid is a legally binding contract between you and Ascher Auctions LLC. Max Bid- when placing your max bid the bid on the lot does not rise to your max bid until another bidder places a higher bid than your max bid. Bidding Increments are as follows $0-25 is $1 $25.01-100 is $2 $100.01-1500 is $25 $1500.01-5000 is $50 $5000.01-999999.99 is $100 This Auction has a “soft close” meaning if a bid is placed within the last five minutes of the closing of an item the items ending is extended for five minutes. This closing will repeat until the item has seen five minutes of inactivity and will be allowed to close. Ascher Auctions LLC reserves the right to reject any bid for any reason. Should a dispute arise between Ascher Auctions LLC and bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through arbitration in Jefferson County, Wisconsin. All arbitration fees will be split equally between both parties. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS IS and that they may not return any item they purchase. Ascher Auctions LLC is using HiBid internet bidding software for this auction. By bidding in this auction bidder acknowledges and understands that HiBid software may or may not work correctly on the day of, prior to, or after, the sale date and under no circumstance shall Ascher Auctions LLC or the seller be held responsible for issues that arise while using HiBid software. Ascher Auctions LLC reserves the right to start, stop, pause, restart, or delay bidding at any time. Ascher Auctions LLC reserves the right to withdraw, re categorize, or re describe any item at any time before or during the auction. At the auctions end all lot winning bidders will be emailed an itemized invoice. The invoice will include winning bid plus buyer’s premium plus applicable state and county sales tax. Please contact Ascher Auctions LLC if you do not receive your invoice within 24 hours. Ascher Auctions LLC accepts cash, good check (accompanied by banks letter of guarantee which must be dated and signed), cashier’s checks, Master Card, Visa, or Discover credit cards (4% convenience fee for using credit/debit cards). All credit card transactions will be maxed at $1000 unless pre-approved. Credit card payments will not be accepted for titled vehicles. Any cash payment over $10,000 needs to be accompanied by a completed IRS 8300 form. Ascher Auctions LLC does not offer any payment plan. All items are taxed based on county of location. Taxes may be removed from your invoice if proper tax exemption forms are completed and given to Ascher Auctions LLC. If a buyer fails to pay in full for an item the buyer will be black listed and not allowed to participate in any Ascher Auctions LLC auction and reported to other HiBid auction companies as a non-paying bidder. All items must be picked up during the designated pick up time unless pre-arranged with Ascher Auctions LLC. NO NOT show up to pick up your item outside of the designated pickup time unless arrangements have been made with Ascher Auctions LLC. Trespassing charges may apply without authorization from Ascher Auctions LLC. If items are not picked up during the designated pick up time and no other arrangements have been made with Ascher Auctions LLC the items will be considered abandoned and become property of Ascher Auctions LLC with the buyer still being responsible for the full payment being charged to your credit card on file of the selling price plus buyer’s premium plus state and county taxes plus a disposal fee. Absolutely no refunds will be given for any item that has not been picked up. Please contact Ascher Auctions LLC if you have any concerns about loading.
