This may occur in the event of website interuption, connectivity issues or any other technical difficulties. We will be sure to contact any and all bidders to keep them updated in the case of an auction pause or cancelation. By successfully registering for this auction you state that you agree to all stated terms, conditions, policies, and notices of this auction. Everything is sold AS IS Where Is without any warranty implied or expressed. Bidders are responsible for determining condition, functionality and value. Descriptions for each item are based on our best knowledge of the product and are not to be considered a guarantee or promise of condition or functionality. Many items in this auction can be shipped but we encourage you to call first before you bid to be sure the items you are interested in can in fact be shipped. Also everything must be picked up and paid for during posted pick up and payment times without exception By Friday April 26th, 2024 at 4:00pm. Buyers are responsible for paying for and retrieveing their items from auction location during posted pick up times unless other arrangements are made before auction end time. Any invoices not paid by buyer by the end of posted pick up times will be automatically charged to the credit card on file including all applicable fees. The only exception to this is if the buyer has made contact and other arrangement for payment have been verified and accepted by the auctioneer. Payments may be made with Cash, Local in State Checks (Returned checks will be charged $35 plus Bank Fees and bidding privledges will be revoked until resolved), Visa, Mastercard and Discover (4% fee for all credit card transactions.). All items must be paid for in full before removed from auction location. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction and 6% MI sales tax unless you show proper documentation that you have a valid MI sales tax license for resale. Many items in this auction can be shipped (as noted on each lot) but we encourage you to call first before you bid to be sure the items you are interested in can in fact be shipped. If you do not call and we are unable to ship your items you are still responsible to pay in full for the items you have winning bids on. Items that are shipped must fit in USPS Priority Mail boxes or standard mail boxes and envelopes. We will do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Shipping costs are actual shipping cost + $7.50 for small and medium boxes and + $10.00 for large boxes (there may be additional added fees for larger orders that require more materials to ship safely.) Insurance costs will be automatically added for orders over $50.00 unless buyer declines by email, verbal message or signed letter. Shipments will only be sent out to verified credit card billing addresses unless pre-approval has been made by Auctioneer.
