Any Invoice over $500 may be asked for an alternate payment method and/or signature or id at pick up. Any new to hibid bidders will need to be verified before bidding Credit cards will be processed the morning after the auction closes. Pick up day is Saturday May 4 from 9am to 4pm, in Kitchener by appointment only. Addresses & appointment scheduler will be emailed with invoice after the auction closes. “May Have Won” means you have won. You will be emailed following the sale , if you do not recieve an invoice by 12pm the next day, please email us at jantziauctions@gmail.com. IT IS YOUR RESPONSBILITY to ensure your email is accurate and up to date. Please ensure your email is accurate as this is the only form of communication you will receive . Please check your spam folder as somtimes our emails may end up there. All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. In no event shall Jantzi Auctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid and then require shipping, and are not able to preview, understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Jantzi Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Bidder acknowledges and understands that Hibid may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Jantzi Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Jantzi Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. New bidders will be 'pending' until we have time to review your account. If you sign up later in the auction, we can not guarantee that you will be approved in time. Items not picked up by the end of pick up day will be disposed of.
