Return & Refund -
Soakex Coins gladly accepts returns under specific conditions:

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned product does not match the item that we originally shipped in terms of type, serial number, and other identifiable marks. In such cases, we may return the item to you at your own cost. 1. **Return Window**: Items must be sent back within three days of their delivery date.
2. **Packaging Requirement**: Returns must be in a sealed box, identical to how they were delivered.
All products are sold as-is, including any known defects. All sales are final. If the item you receive does not match its description, Soakex Coins commits to providing a refund, credit, or exchange. Return or exchange requests must be made within three days of receiving the item from Soakex Coins. Any issues should be immediately reported to Hibido Coins Customer Service at soakexcoins@gmail.com. We reserve the right to replace the item or refund the customer if a replacement is not available. Soakex Coins also holds the right to refuse returns or exchanges that don't meet our criteria.
For returns based on reasons not specified above, these must be requested within three days of receipt from Soakex Coins. Contact our Customer Support at support@hibidocoins.com with your reasons for a return. Approval is at our discretion. A 17% restocking fee will be applied to the total of the Hammer and Buyer's Premium Invoice. Note that charges for shipping, handling, and insurance are non-refundable. Customers must bear the cost of insured return shipping, ensuring proper packaging and providing tracking details. Returned items must arrive in the same condition as they were sent; otherwise, the customer will bear the return costs. Unauthorized returns will be disposed of after 45 days, with no claim rights for the bidder. Refusing to accept a delivery from Soakex Coins is considered an unauthorized return and breaches our Terms and Conditions.
Insurance Coverage for Items -
Shipping company Protection Insurance exclusively covers losses or damages that occur to an item while it is in transit. In the event that the tracking information confirms that the product was successfully delivered to the correct address, as indicated by a signature upon delivery, shipping company cannot be held responsible for any subsequent damages to the item. This policy highlights the importance of promptly inspecting your item upon delivery to ensure it has arrived in the expected condition. Any concerns about the item's condition during the transit state should be discussed with the concerned shipping company and Soakex Coins will not be liable for any type of damage or losses to the items upon successfully delivery to the concerned shipping company.

All sales made through Hibido Coins Collectibles are final and contingent upon product availability. In the rare instance of a technical error leading to a mismatch between the displayed images and the accompanying description or title, it is the written description that will be considered definitive, not the visuals shown in the images. Terms - Please be aware that by submitting a bid, you and Soakex Coins are entering into a formal legal agreement. You are legally required to buy the item or items you won from our auction if you are the highest bidder. In addition, a bidder certifies that appropriate and meticulous due diligence was carried out before submitting a bid, and that the bidder voluntarily and consciously submitted a legally enforceable bid. Before placing a bid, you should email us with any inquiries. Any lot offered in the auction may be withdrawn or combined at any moment by Soakex Coins without incurring any obligation. Additionally, Soakex Coins has the right to cancel or substitute an order following an auction if (a) it fails to satisfy and fulfill our quality requirements, (b) is no longer accessible since our items could be offered concurrently on other platforms, or (c) our auctioneer made a mistake when selling it. If this happens, Hibido Coins may provide the winning bidder with a refund or credit in its sole discretion, or it may give the bidder the same, comparable item with no additional cost. A customer credit's expiration date is for 12 months from the day it was issued.
The highest bidder recognized by our auctioneer is the successful winning bidder. When it comes to choosing the winning bidder and settling disagreements amongst bids, Soakex Coins will have the last say. If a disagreement emerges after the transaction, the sale record will take precedence. The products will not be taken out of our inventory or any other online platforms until the winning bidders have paid the full invoice. Many goods are dedicated to Soakex coins and could be sold on several sites at once. On a best effort basis, Hibido Coins will try to remove a listed item from the auction if it becomes unavailable. Therefore, Hibido Coins may, in its sole discretion, offer a refund or credit to the successful bidder or deliver the same or a comparable item to the winning bidder at no additional cost.
Product conditions ?
We have tried to fully detail each item. Significant flaws and their state are shown and/or documented. As a result, little flaws or odors that are normal in used or vintage goods could not be mentioned. Since every item is sold "as is," please carefully check the photographs.
