Typically used on vertical windows not to be used with horizontal sliding or hinged casement windows. Not for use in bedrooms that do not have other exits. Inside or outside mounts with 1 way screws. Note: not for use in bedrooms or sleeping quarters where no other emergency exit window is accessible. Meets New York New Jersey and Oregon home builders association health and safety codes. This Auction will consist of NEW in-the-box overstock, packaging damaged, and some customer returns inventory from Amazon. Items will include mattresses, furniture, computers, lawn tools, ladders, home decor, toys, cleaning supplies, electronics, household goods, and other general merchandise. We do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. Please note that SOME customer returns have been added to the auction. If it is a customer return it will be noted in the listing. All customer returns have been tested for functionality. All customer returns have a 3-day return policy. Bid accordingly and bid with confidence.

Payments: Immediately after the closing of each auction, we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won. This will include a 15% buyer’s premium and state sales tax. You may pick up your winning items on Saturday, April 27th from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. You may also pick up your items Monday, April 29th through Wednesday, May 1st between the hours of 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. All items not picked up by Wednesday at 5:00 PM will be disposed of with no refund issued unless other arrangements have been made.
