By placing a bid, you agree to pay the full amount of your bid, plus any applicable buyer's premium and other fees. Payment Payment must be made in full within 24 hours of the close of the auction. PICK UP IS ON PICK UP DAY, so unless you are having items shipped, please be prepared to come at the designated time. We cannot guarantee availability of staff at any other time besides pick up times. Late pickup will be charged $5 per lot / per day for storage ($10 PER LOT PER DAY for furniture). YOU ARE REQUIRED TO MAKE CONTACT with staff via email at Auctions@LutherBros.com if you are unavailable to pick up on pick up day and request an alternate day. Alternate day/time will be based upon availability of staff. We do not have space to store items, so we must move them around which uses labor and increases chances for loss and breakage. Failure to pick up items within 7 days after the auction closing time will result in items being considered abandoned. Abandoned items will become property of the auction company to be resold for storage fees without a refund. Failure to pick up items in a timely manner will result in restricted bidding privileges. Buyers purchasing large or heavy items, MUST bring appropriate vehicles and sufficient help to load. If you are requesting shipping, you are required to make contact via email at Auctions@LutherBros.com to request shipping. $10 handling fee will be added to any items that are shipped. Items will be grouped when applicable for shipping. We are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipping. Disputes In the event of any dispute between the buyer and seller, we will act as a neutral third party and will make a final determination on the dispute. Our decision will be final and binding.
