This is an absolute sale without reserve. All items are for sale as is, where is, and how is, and will be represented to the best of our ability. We make NO guarantees on any item. Items represented as being sold PER ITEM or "times the money" will be listed as such and charged as such. Buyer assumes ALL risk when purchasing any item. There will be a 10% Buyer's Premium charged on all lots sold. Items will be paid for upon or prior to pick-up/shipping date. Buyers are responsible for paying any and all fees associated with any purchases they make. Buyers are responsible for paying any shipping charges associated with any items bought. Bids are final as of the closing time of the auction--no bids will be taken after said time and date. Buyers who register AFTER the sale begins to close may not be granted the right to bid on this sale, depending on the discretion of the auctioneer. Bidders who fail to pay for the items they win will be given negative feedback and reported to Hibid. This auction will feature a staggered soft close--each lot will close consecutively. There will be no bids taken in person. Items can be paid for by Credit Card. Cash or GOOD check will be accepted as payment on PICK UP ITEMS ONLY. There will be a 3.5% charge on any Credit Card transaction associated with this sale. A&T Auction Services reserves the right to charge a $30.00 fee for any returned checks. Any future announcements made by A & T Auction Services will supersede any current terms & conditions.
