We are a Liquidation company specializing in the sale of returned and overstock items from big box retailers. We sell items individually as well as by the pallet to accommodate to the resellers out there and most of these items are still in the box.
All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" WITH NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES. All sales are final. Liquidation SA! Assuming no liability for errors or omissions in the listings we do our best to communicate defects of items to our customers but we do not know every item and thus cannot guarantee any descriptions or omissions. Expressly excluded are warranties of merchantability, fitness for use and purpose or description. Our item descriptions represented are unverified information and accuracy is not guaranteed in any way by Liquidation SA. Any information is gathered from sources believed to be reliable but is not guaranteed to be accurate. Items are available for inspection prior to bidding, and any bidder is solely responsible for personally inspecting the item or items and verifying any information presented here or elsewhere, before, during preview and upon pick up of item. Descriptions and listings are subject to change, correction, update or cancellation at any time without notice.
ITEM CONDITIONS:
Our product conditions have been carefully defined to provide clear expectations for our customers:
1. New: Our New category includes overstock, excess inventory, closeout merchandise, and shelf pulls. These are items that may come in packaging that could be intact or show varying levels of damage. However, the contents inside remain operationally intact. During liquidation, some items may have loose parts within their packaging due to palletization and transport. These items are unused, except for necessary functionality testing and part accountability, any missing parts will be clearly noted in the descriptions. They are fully functional and housed in original retail packaging, which might display light to significant wear or have stickers, such as price tags or markdowns. We emphasize that your bid is for the item itself and not the condition of the box. To ensure transparency, we provide photos of the actual items you are bidding on, so there's no misconception of receiving a pristine box. Please note, bidder negligence is not a valid reason for a refund.
2. Like New: These products may show signs of light to virtually no usage. The main component has undergone and passed basic functionality tests. In cases where items serve multiple/secondary functions, defects present will be clearly detailed in our damage descriptions. Please be aware that accessories, cords, remotes/controllers, removable parts, chargers, and manuals ETC. might not be included with these items. Additionally, the original packaging is not guaranteed. This category offers a balance between near-new quality and the practicality of used items, with transparent information on any specific flaws or missing components.
(When it comes to items that we are unable to test but appear new or brand new we will notate that we are unable to test but has been inspected and reasonably concluded that it looks the condition in which we rate it. ( example: tankless water heaters, fans, faucets, Etc) waiting on such items with these conditions or at the sole discretion and risk of the bidder, and will not be refund as we are not able to test them. Bid at your own risk on these items.)
3. Uninspected Returns: These items are untested and come with various cosmetic conditions. They could be functional or non-functional. Expect potential absence of accessories, cords, remotes/controllers, removable components, batteries, chargers, and manuals. Sets may be incomplete, and original packaging isn't guaranteed. As these items arrive, they are posted with no warranty or guarantee and the bidder assumes all the risk. We remind you that we receive all of our liquidations in this condition and will be the primary category for pallets auctioned.
4. Used & Working: Items in this category show cosmetic wear but have passed basic functionality tests, similar to the Like New condition. However, they may lack accessories, cords, remotes/controllers, removable parts, batteries, chargers, and manuals. Sets might be incomplete, and original packaging isn't guaranteed.
5. Salvage: These items are non-functional and typically used only for parts. They come with varying degrees of cosmetic wear and are likely missing accessories, cords, remotes/controllers, removable components, batteries, chargers, and manuals. Sets may be incomplete, and original packaging is not guaranteed.
Storage, insurance, tear-down, loading, and removal of the item or items are at the risk, expense, and liability of the buyer. You MUST make an appointment to schedule your pickup date and time. IF PICKUP BY ANYONE ELSE OTHER THAN RIGHTFUL BUYER IS REQUESTED, LIQUIDATION SA WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGES, OR RETURN REQUESTS WHATSOEVER. It is your responsibility to pick up your items and inspect them BY THE PICKUP WINDOW TIMEFRAME, we will not be held responsible for negligence of inspection.
WE DO SHIP ON AUCTIONS AND ITEMS DEPENDING ON ITEM ORDER. Please email Support@liquidationsa.com for information. We will provide you with the dimensions and weight of the box we will send the item in. Buyer Pays Exact Shipping and $5.00 Materials + $15.00 handling charge Payment MUST be made by credit card, Debit card only! All cards WILL be charged at the close of the auction. We are not accepting cash payments currently.
***IMPORTANT*** Please include in your notes if you will be requiring shipping for your items so that we may prepare your order as expeditiously as possible. We only ship through UPS and assess a $5.00 materials and $15.00 Handling fee. Buyer Pays Exact Shipping and $5.00 Materials + $15.00 handling charge Per box. (Some items are too large to fit in 1 package. We will try to fit it in one box to save you shipping costs but ultimately will charge on a per package basis if it is too large of an order to ship in 1 box.

YOU WILL STILL HAVE TO PAY OUR $20.00 HANDLING AND MATERIAL FEE ON THE PER PACKAGE BASIS. THERE IS ABSOLUTLEY NO WAY AROUND THIS AS LABOR TIME HAS ALREADY BEEN EXPENDED ON YOUR PACKAGES. ****IF YOU DO NOT PAY YOUR SQUARE INVOICE IN A TIMELY MANNER WE WILL NOT HOLD YOUR ITEMS AND THEY WILL BE RECYCLED...WITH NO REFUNDS... NO EXCEPTIONS...
***IMPORTANT*** SHIPPERS.. You will be sent parcel dimensions and weight along with a Square invoice including the shipping cost and our handling fee following the auction when you request shipping. Any unpaid invoices following the Thursday after the auction will result in forfeited items and recycled into the next auction. If you would like to provide your own shipping label you are more than welcome to but will still be responsible for our materials and handling fee.
Sales tax will be charged unless the buyer provides a proper tax exemption form prior to the close of the auction. Once the cards have been charged no corrections will be made. If we are unable to charge the card upon auction close we will take payment for your items via square and will assess a 4% convenience fee. If you are tax-exempt, you will be required to email a complete tax certificate to Support@liquidationsa.com. A copy of your Sales and Tax Use Permit and your driver's license will be required as well if it is not already on file with our office. There will be a 17% Buyer Premium on all items sold. We accept all major credit cards.
A Paid invoice will be sent to your email address registered with Liquidation SA! after the sale concludes. Please have your invoice number handy when you come for pickup. By purchasing any item and or items in this auction, the buyer/bidder is acknowledging/accepting these terms.
Bidding Notice: All merchandise has been function tested to the best of our ability… you are responsible for testing and previewing your items prior and after bidding on them. We offer shipping with a buyer-provided UPS label or local pick up. For any questions, please forward them to support@liquidationsa.com.
Auction Notice: Our address is 7325 Reindeer Trail, Suite 118, San Antonio, TX 78238. Pick up for items is is Monday-Fridaythe week following the auction end from 10am to 6pm (AS IN THE MONDAY RIGHT AFTER THE AUCTION YOU DO NOT GET 2 WEEKS TO PICK UP). Please note that items not picked up during this time frame will be deemed forfeited and recycled into the next auction with NO REFUNDS. There are no exceptions.
IMPORTANT: If you require shipping for your items, please include it in your notes so that we may prepare your order as quickly as possible. We will provide the weight and dimensions of the box for you to purchase a UPS shipping label. We only ship through UPS and assess a $5.00 materials and $15.00 handling fee.
