(+/-) of gently rolling land with plenty of road frontage. This will be a multi-parcel auction....we will offer each tract, then as a whole. After bidding is complete on all, the high bidders on each tract and combination of tracts will be allowed to increase their bid until highest bid is reached. Property will sell at over a $75,000 bid for combination of tracts.

After bidding is complete on all, the high bidders ONLY on each tract and combination of tracts will be allowed to increase their bid until highest bid is reached. ONLY THE 3 HIGH BIDDERS WILL BE ALLOWED TO INCREASE THEIR BID. Property will sell at or over a $75,000 bid for combination of tracts. Once its opened back up for tract buyers to outbid whole buyer, increments will be no less than $500. This is a simulcasat auction, offering both live and online bidding. In the event of a tie bid, PRECEDENCE IS GIVEN TO THE LIVE BIDDER. Online bidder will be given opportunity to increase by $500.
