Note we do not offer Insurance for shipping, by requesting shipping of any breakable items, that is a risk you take. We try to pack every item to make it there safe, but we do not offer reufnds for breakage. We do not ship furniture, or large/heavy items : examples, Cast iron, Matress, Wheels, Heavy Scales ect. - All sales are Final, items are sold As Is As Found, we offer no discounts, warranty, returns or refunds on items sold at this Auction. - A bid cannot be withdrawn so make sure, double check your bid, when its placed its placed. - Item Condition, we try our best to accurately describe our items being sold, please note the description on every item and look at all the photos as they are also a part of our condition report. No Refunds are offered for items conditioning, so please ask all questions before auction end. - Payment, we charge the credit card on file after auction end, you should receive an invoice in your email shortly after with all details, it may end up in a junk folder so don't forget to check there as well. If your card is declined please reach out as you have 24 hours to make full payment before additional fees. - Pickup, all pickups must be done at the time detailed in the auction if failure to collect items within the time frame provided, items will be considered abandoned and now property of Melvyns Auctions. - We have the right to pull any item from our page at any time. - Buyers Premium, there is a buyers premium of 16% on this auction, sales tax is charged at the end after sale price and buyers premium so please make note of this before bidding. - Completing our registration acknowledges you have viewed our terms of service and agree to all above.
