The same card on file will be charged for shipping unless you make other arrangements. Shipping is done in house at the most affordable rate possible. Due to some customers requesting to pay cash upon pickup and then NOT SHOWING UP, we are no longer taking cash payments. We will charge the card on file, OR you can request to use paypal, but this must be done by the close of the auction and NO LATER than that. We can also send you an invoice via Global Payments to process a different card. This is private and we do NOT see or store your card. Sorry for any inconvenience. Items not picked up are considered abandoned. We do not have the space to store items. We are working with limited space and need these items out the door. We understand that in rare cases, emergencies arrise. In this case, please let us know before the scheduled pickup times. Do not wait days and then tell us you couldn't make it because of X reason. Credit card on file will be charged for shipping and for initial invoice, unless otherwise arranged. All payments due by pickup day. Shipping is typically completed within a week of auctions end.
We have your items pulled to make pickup fast and easy. Please feel free to pull into the driveway that we have cleared just for your arrival. Please try not to park in front of neighbors houses when possible. If you are within an hour driving distance by your hibid address, I'll assume you are picking up. If you're semi local and need shipping, PLEASE TELL US. If you are not local, but plan to come pickup, please TELL US, so we don't charge you shipping. Thanks!
