Online Terms and Conditions consist of the following: This is for Auction running from 4/14/24-4/21/24. Payments are due at pickup via cash or credit card. Please be aware that your credit card company may have a limit per transaction. Auction pick up is Tuesday 4/23/24 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM or by approved appointment with notice given BEFORE pick up day. ANY items not picked up by 6:00pm will incur a $25 late fee. ES Sales LLC has a 10% buyers premium for all online auction purchases. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. Bidders have the option to inspect the items to their satisfaction. Inspection day is Friday 4/19/24 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or by approved appointment. By placing a bid the bidder agrees they are satisfied with the item or have chosen not to inspect the items personally. By registering for this auction and participating in any auction that ES Sales LLC conducts you are agreeing to be legally bound by our terms and conditions and bid card terms and conditions. Continued use of this site constitutes your agreement with all conditions and details of this auction. There will be NO charge backs or disputes of your winning bid purchases. Please make sure all your questions are answered and you are satisfied with representation before you place your bid. Bids will be before sales tax. By Missouri law "12 CSR 10-103.210, Section 4 effective March 30th 2005. If you are tax exempt you must provide a tax exempt certificate before taxes will be taken off". You are required to pay Missouri Sales tax on all bid purchases. If you are paying with a credit card 4% of the total transaction amount will be charged to your credit card as a credit card fee. It is the bidders responsibility to keep the information on their HiBid account accurate and up to date, this includes credit card information, addresses etc. All unpaid invoices will be charged to the credit card registered with HiBid and will include the 4% transaction fee along with a $25 late fee. IT IS THE BIDDERS RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY WINNING BID LOTS. The best way to do this is by checking the Hibid website under "past bids" to see what items you won. ES SALES LLC will make all efforts to email invoices to customers, but this is not the preferred way to verify winning bid lots. Some email providers have these blocked so DO NOT rely on a sent invoice to verify winning bids. Be sure to always check your junk mailbox or make sure you do not have hibid emails blocked. Bidders are responsible for verifying winning bid lots and picking up or sending shipping labels on time. If you require shipping for your purchases you must create a Fedex account and send a prepaid shipping label. Please email us your shipping label to ESsales.SCOTT@gmail.com Shipping labels are due by end of day on Monday following the close of the auction (Next Day). If shipping labels are past due you will incur an automatic late fee. ES Sales LLC holds the right to refuse shipping on any item. If you would like a shipping estimate for an item BEFORE bidding, we can weigh and measure it before you bid. The bidder is responsible for standard shipping and handling costs once an item is won by the bidder. All credit cards will be charged for winning items. The packing and shipping fees will be at buyers expense. Warehouse Handling fees are fixed at $5 (before shipping costs). Shipping will take place usually within 2 business days of auction closing.
