Registration: All bidders must complete the registration process to participate in the auction. Bidding: Bids placed are binding contracts. Once placed, bids cannot be retracted. Bidders must review item descriptions, conditions, and images before placing bids. Winning and Payment: The highest bidder at the close of an item's bidding period will be deemed the winner. Winning bidders will be notified by email with instructions for payment. All payments must be in the currency specified by the auction. Buyer's Premium: A buyer's premium 10% with a 3% credit card fee will be added to the final hammer price of each item. This premium is non-negotiable and is subject to applicable taxes. Item Conditions: All items are sold "as is" and without any warranties, express or implied. Item descriptions provided are based on available information and believed to be accurate; however, errors or omissions may occur. Disputes: In the event of a dispute, Auctioneer's decision will be final. Bidders agree not to hold Auctioneer responsible for any errors or technical glitches that may occur during the auction. Withdrawal of Items: Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item from the auction at any time.
