Accepted forms of payment are: All Major Credit Cards, Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check or Cash. There are no chargebacks on credit card purchases. Bidders are advised to make financial arrangements prior to placing any bid. Any cost/fees associated with Buyer/Winning Bidder financing is at the sole expense of the Buyer/ Winning Bidder. All sales are final. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN on any purchase/winning bid or associated fees. When an item is SOLD, it immediately becomes the property and responsibility of the Buyer/Winning Bidder. A winning bid constitutes a binding contract and Buyer/Winning Bidder is required to pay for AND take possession of any and all items they successfully bid on/win. Seller(s) and auction company are not responsible for moving or shipping items or for any cost associated with Buyer/Winning Bidder taking possession of item(s). Buyer/Winning Bidder must take possession of items(s) within 5 days of close of auction (unless otherwise scheduled with Auction Company). If Buyer/Winning Bidder does not take possession of item(s) within 5 days of close of auction, Buyer/Winning Bidder forfeits item(s) back to Seller(s) and no refund will be given to Buyer/Winning Bidder. All items will be sold in “AS-IS” condition with all faults and limitations and with no warranties express or implied. The Buyer/Bidder is responsible for determining their own opinion of the condition and authenticity of any and all items and is encouraged to do so prior to placing any bid.
