Tract 1 and Tract 2 are subject to a right of rst refusal. The holder of the right of first refusal has 30 days once notice has been given to exercise their right. The successful bidder on Tract 2 and Tract 3 shall pay 10% of the total purchase price on the day of the auction and execute a real estate contract that states subject to the right of first refusal and further states the entire balance is due and payable at closing on or before July 2, 2024. Seller shall furnish title insurance insuring merchantable title and transfer title by Warranty Deed. Final sale is not subject to buyer nancing.
