An auction link will be emailed to all registered bidders the day of the sale. This will allow you to enter the auction immediately and begin placing your bids. Preview Date/Time The catalog is open and prebidding is available now until the start of the auction. We hope to see you all bidding live online at 6pm on May 2nd. However, if you are unable to participate in the auction live; it is highly recommended to leave your maximum bids and allow the system to bid for you. This allows you the best chance of winning the items you have interest in.
Checkout Date/Time At the conclusion of the auction. All winning bids will be clerked and invoices will be sent out to all winning bidders. Invoices are expected to be paid in full immediately following the close of the sale. Please note there will be a $10 handling charge added to each lot shipped. All items must be picked up or other arrangements made within 72 hours of the close of the sale. Pick-ups will be available between 9am-2pm the Friday, Saturday, Sunday following the sale. If not picked up within that window an appointment must be made to collect your items. Amazon is the largest retailer in the world with massive warehouses and distribution centers all over the country. Each one of these locations are filled to the brim with merchandise that needs to be liquidated. The opportunities are endless for those who can see past blemishes on the packaging. These items are handled frequently and transfered through locations. It is extremely common for a box to receive some sort dent or puncture. Once it does, even if the item itself is in perfect working condition. The items can no longer meet the Amazon standard to be sold and shipped to a customer. Seperate from that. A product may need to be liquidated due to no longer having a relationship with the seller. Amazon is a marketplace and sellers send their merchandise to Amazon warehouses for Prime Delivery. If a seller does not meet the Amazon Standards their products will no longer be stored and the facility. If they are not picked up, they will be liquidated. Sometimes, a customer returns an item. Most of the time these items are in great shape and Amazon does offer them for sale as Used on the listing. After a period of time if they are not purchased. They will be liquidated. Occasionally, some of the items inside the packaging that was damaged experience some cosmetic blemishes as well. Such as minor scratches, bends, dings, or dents. Each item has been inspected and these will be notated in the listing to the best of our abiity. Please make sure to read the listing and be aware of any issues mentioned. 1. EVERYTHING MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION regardless of when it is picked up. 2. Everything will be sold "as is, where is", with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. 3. The bidder is responsible for knowing which item he is bidding on. if he is unsure, he should inquire or not bid. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. Auctioneer will not honor "mistakes". 4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client, the seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller. 5. Pick-up or shipping when available must be completed in each auction's designated window and time frame. If you are unable to pick-up in the alotted time you MUST contact us prior to the auction closing to make arrangements. If items are not picked up, a storage fee of $5 per day up to $50 per lot begins 24 hours after the last advertised pick-up time. After 10 days, if your item has still not been picked up and any applicable fees are not paid, your item will be deemed abandoned and resold with no refunds. 6. 15% BUYERS PREMIUM - In effect on all merchandise sold either online or in-person. A 15% buyer's premium fee will be added to the final bid price of all items. Please keep this fee in mind while bidding. 7. SHIPPING - On any item in which shipping is offered. The buyer will be responsible for the actual shipping costs and any associated packing expenses. Shipping is only available within the Continental U.S.A. All invoices are required to be paid in full immediately following the conclusion of the auction. A credit card authorization was required upon registering for this auction. The cards on file will be charged automatically at the conclusion of the auction for the full balance due plus buyer's premium and any applicable sales tax. If you would like to arrange another form of payment; please contact us prior to the start of the auction. If your card is declined for the full balance; a smaller deposit may be charged.
