As used in the Terms and Conditions, "you" are an individual acting on your own behalf, or an agent of a person or entity that has authorized you to act on their behalf; "we" and "us" and "our" means Auctionblock and/or the client whom Auctionblock is representing. ##THERE IS A 3% SURCHARGE IF PAYING BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD## ## ITEM INSPECTIONS AND GUARANTEES ## Auctionblock inspections are merely visual and limited to what our sales agent sees and hears the day of listing and dependent on statements made by sellers to Auctionblock. Therefore, all items are sold "As Is" and "Where Is" with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. Information, descriptions, and details, including but not limited to, year, make, model, mileage, hours, and condition, are deemed correct but are NOT GUARANTEED and you are responsible for your own due diligence. Auctionblock DOES NOT guarantee that any emission systems are intact or guarantee the functionality of any emission systems. Personal or independent 3rd party inspections are recommended and encouraged before bidding to verify the accuracy of any and all descriptions and information, written or oral, provided by Auctionblock or our agents. All sales are final. ## TRANSPORTATION, LOADING AND UNLOADING ## Your purchased items must be removed from their location within 15 days of the auction. You will be assessed a storage fee of $25 per day, which will begin on the 15th day after the auction, if your item(s) is not removed. You are solely responsible to arrange transportation. Auctionblock DOES NOT transport or ship items but may refer you to competitive shippers if needed. No palletizing or banding is available. Any loading assistance must be discussed with the owner of the item(s) BEFORE bidding. ## PAYMENT TERMS ## You will be emailed an invoice within 24 hours after the auction close with the amount due. Winning bidders will be contacted by a member of the Detroit Lakes youth wrestling organization after the sale to arrange payment and pickup of items. Accepted methods of payment are cash, check, cashier's check, bank money order, and credit or debit card in person (additional 3% fee added if paying by credit or debit card). There is no Buyers Premium on this auction. Payments not received within 48 hours of the auction close will be assessed a late fee of 1.5% of the winning bid amount or $50, whichever is greater. Additional fees may apply to your winning bid such as sales tax, incoming bank wire fee ($20), title documentation fee (min. $35), etc. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check, cashier's check, bank money order, and credit or debit card (additional 3% fee added if paying by credit or debit card). International payments, including Canada and Mexico, must be made by bank wire transfer. Any forms of payment not explicitly stated as acceptable forms of payment are not accepted; this includes, but is not limited to, MoneyGram, Bitcoin, etc. Any applicable sales tax laws apply per the location and seller of the item and are in addition to the final bid amount. Tax exemption forms will be provided by Auctionblock and are required to be completed by you to claim exemption for farm use or resale IF any sales tax is applicable. All exemption forms and/or necessary documents must be provided to Auctionblock within 30 days of date of sale to be eligible for any sales tax refunds that may apply. Failure to pay for auction purchases will result in permanent denial of your bidding privileges, collection proceedings, and use of any credit reporting tools available to Auctionblock.
