Grand River auction is only open to Canadian Residents and all items are sold in Canadian Dollars. Shipping is only available within Canada on items that show the shipping option available. If paying by Credit Card (default option) only the listed party on the credit card can pick up their purchases. We reserve the right to ask for ID to verify the identity of the purchaser. Payment: Payment will be automatically processed the morning after the auction to your Credit Card on file with Hibid. We only accept Visa and Mastercard payments via this method. If you require payment via email money transfer please email us info@grandriverauction.com 2 days before auction close to prevent your credit card being charged. Please also note you will be required to pay the day after the auction before the pickup window opens. We do not accept cash, money transfer or cheque. Pickup: Pick-up window is as posted. Please do not bid if you can not pickup during our pickup window. Pickup will not be permitted outside of posted pickup schedule. No item will be removed by the buyer without full payment being made. Any items not removed from the property within the pickup window will be deemed abandoned, and considered forfeited to Grand River Auction Ltd. to dispose of as necessary. Alternativly we may ship items at buyers expense. Representation: All items sold at auction are sold as is/where is without any warranty expressed or implied. We do our best to describe lots and items with the highest amount of care but Grand River Auction will not be held liable for any misrepresentations. Returns: All items are sold as is/where is. Grand River auction will accept returns at our discretion if the item is misrepresented or there is an error in the listing. No returns will be accepted for change of mind/wrong size etc. Returns will only be considered within 24hrs of auction pick up. Please email info@grandriverauction.com immediately upon inspection. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and save Grand River Auction Ltd. the Seller and their assigns harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damage or liability, directly or indirectly caused by or resulting from an act, including the negligent acts or omissions of Grand River Auction Ltd. or anyone acting in his/her behalf in connection with or arising out of auction.
