Paid auction items not picked up within 7 days following the end of the auction become the property of the auction company with no refund to the bidder. Non-paying bidders may be subject to having their credit card automatically charged for their invoice total plus penalties and late fees as well as other collection procedures. Any item which receives a bid in the last 3 minutes will have the time extended 3 minutes for that item only. Pickup days (NOT at our shop. Address will be given later): Pick-up is: Friday, April 20, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday, April 22, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. NOT SATURDAY BECAUSE OF RAIN/STORMS Payment Methods: Cash or Credit. (Cash only for totals under $10).Buyer's Premium: 13% with a 3% discount for paying with cash. Late Pickup Penalty: If you do not pick up or make other arrangements for your items by the end of the pickup period shown above, a late pickup penalty will be charged. The penalty for late pickup is $15.00. So, please pick up your items on time.  Sales Tax: State sales tax will be charged in accordance with Texas law unless we have a valid Resale Certificate or Exemption Certificate on file for you.
