Coins, pocket knives, ammo, advertising oil cans and signs, furniture, lawyer's stacking bookcases, oak roll top desks, oak curved glass china cabinets, collectibles albums LP, oak church pew bench, gumball machines, industrial metal cabinet, vises, primitives, oak spool cabinet, antique oak tabletop display case and much more!!!
Auction company is acting as an agent for owner of merchandise. All items are sold as is where is. No refunds, returns or exchanges. Although auction information has been obtained from sources deemed reliable, the auctioneer and sellers make no warranties expressed or implied as to the genuineness, authenticity of, or defects in any item in the auction. Please examine all items carefully prior to bidding. Once auctioneer says sold you own the merchandise and are responsible for paying for it. All auctions in Texas are considered to be auctions with reserve unless announced as absolute. Merchandise must be paid for today. Any items left for 30 days will be sold for storage fees. Auction employees and auctioneer may bid on merchandise with intent to purchase that they do not own. Auction company will bid to protect the reserves for consignors. Consignors may NOT bid on their own merchandise. All firearms sold through the auction should be checked out by a gunsmith before being fired. We will run all registered CC/DEBIT card that you have registered with automatically after the close of the auction. Unless prior arragnements have been made. If you wish to pick up your items and pay cash, contact us before auction day to make arrangements. If you are requiring shipping, your card on file will be processed for auction items you have won, once your items are ready to ship, we will contact you for permission to process shipping charges. A 15.00% Buyer's Premium is added to all items.
Shipping & Handling charge will be added to all shipped items. We DO NOT ship without your APPROVAL. After you receive your invoice showing shipping charges, you must let us know we can run the card you registered for the auction with or make other arrangements for payment for shipping.
