Items must be picked up during the specified time unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. Any items left after 72 business hours are subject to a $5.00 a day storage fee or will be resold. This will not release you from your obligation to pay for said items. 9) By accepting our terms to bid at our auction you are giving your approval to have your credit card on file billed for any items you purchase and are not paid for in the time specified for each auction. 10) Rock Creek Auction Co. reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures or malfunctions. 11) Auctioneer is not responsible for technical issues that may arise preventing buyer from placing their bids.
