AUCTION CLOSING. The auction will close according to the terms listed specifically within each auction. If a bid is made within the last 5 minutes, the closing time for that item will be extended five (5) minutes.. ALL SALES FINAL. Items are sold AS-IS with no warranty, express or implied. All purchases must be PAID FOR IN FULL on auction day prior to removal. ITEM PICKUP. After the close of the auction, the winning bidders will receive an email to schedule pick-up of their items. Items may be picked up by appointment ONLY. Local delivery may be available for an extra fee upon request. All items must be picked up within 14 days of the close of auction. Items not picked up by the deadline will be forfeited and subject to a 25% restocking fee. Pick up by appointment only. Buyer is responsible for loading all items into their vehicle. Please ensure you bring the correct vehicle, equipment, and people to help load items. Discarding of boxes and packaging is not permitted on premises. RISK OF LOSS. Risk of loss is assumed by the buyer at the time payment is made. Buyer shall assume the risk of destruction, loss, theft, damage, defacement, etc. due to a cause not attributable to the One Nightstand ATX, LLC and shall not be released from the payment of the purchase price. LIABILITY. Seller's liability shall be limited to the refund of bidder's purchase price.
