There will be NO refunds, returns or exchanges. All items are sold AS IS! All sales are final. VIEWING & INSPECTIONS ENCOURAGED: You can view and inspect items prior to the auction. Preview and Inspection will be Thursday April 11th and Friday April 12th from 12(noon) to 6 P.M. PAYMENTS: We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Credit Cards will have 3% Admin Fee added on. Personal Checks up to $1,000.00 will be accepted without approval. Any Check over $1,000.00 must be Approved by Jeremy Creech onsite. PICK-UP: Once the auction is closed, pick-up can start until 6:00 P.M. Sat. 04/13/2024. No Sunday pickups. If you cannot pick up after the auction pick up will be available Monday, April 15th through Friday, April 19th from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. If other hours are needed, please call 765-966-0111 All About Asphalt for an appointment. Items must be picked up within 14 days of the auction OR THEY WILL BE FORFEITED. Buyer must accept responsibility for ensuring pick-up of all items in a timely manner and must accept responsibility for all items loaded into their vehicle. TITLES: All vehicles will come with a 45 day temporary tag upon completed payment. You can drive your vehicle home the day you come to pick it up! There is a $40.00 admin fee PLUS Indiana State Sales Tax of 7% for each titled item PLUS 3% if credit card is used. Titles can be picked up or mailed 14 days after the close of the auction. REFUND/RETURN POLICY: THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS.
