1. Any blemishes on an item we try to show in pictures or note in the description. All items are sold as is. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! 2. An invoice will be sent out at the closing of the auction. Items must be paid for before pick up. If your payment is not processed we do accept cash in exact change only. 3. Items must be picked up on designated pick up days. If you can't make the assigned pick up day please reach out to us to make other arrangements (items will only be held for 5-7 business days). 4. If items are not picked up at the designated pick up time and you have not made prior arrangements with Wootton Auction Services LLC you have 24 hours before items are considered abandoned and there will not be a refund. 5. PLEASE BRING HELP! We will not be able to help you move or load your items. If purchasing large items bring a dolly and proper tools! 6. Shipping will be offered on select items. Buyers pay exact shipping cost with a $10 handling fee. 7. If you fail to pay your invoice within the allotted time you will no longer be able to participate in any of Wootton Auction Services LLC future sales.
