1. All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, value or any other determinative factor prior to placing a bid. Midwest Exchange Group may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and within the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Midwest Exchange Group be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Please feel free to contact Midwest Exchange Group with any specific questions on items prior to bidding. 2. Online bidders understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Midwest Exchange Group shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Midwest Exchange Group will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. 3. Midwest Exchange Group reserves the right to withdraw, add, or re-catalog items in this auction. Midwest Exchange Group also reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. 4. Items/lots are to be paid in full prior to removal from auction site. All items are to be removed on the pickup date noted. $25 fee will be included if items cannot be picked up on pick up date if another date is arranged. Please bring physical or digital copy of your invoice at pickup. Plan to have items picked up on specific pick up date, a bid is a contract and will be treated as such. 5.All auction sales will be settled using the bidders credit card on file with HiBid. There will not be any other form of payment accepted 6. Midwest Exchange Group, it's agents and the property owner/Estate of the auction being held are not responsible for accidents or injuries incurred during any preview, local pickup, or other consideration pertinent to the property/ies at which the auction is being conducted. 7. All Bidders agree to pay stated Buyer's Premium of 15% unless otherwise noted in auction description/notes. 8. Items may be sold with a "Reserve" (or minimum dollar amount allowing the item to sell). This Reserve and the amount may or may not be disclosed, but please contact Auctioneer with any questions including those post the auction conclusion as Reserve amounts may often be negotiable given further discussion with consignor. 9. Items not picked up at the stated local pickup time/date or at another pre-arranged time frame will be considered forfeited. Forfeited items will still incur charges to the Credit Card on file, it is the buyer's responsibility to arrange time for pick up on day of load out. No exceptions
