IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD by both the Seller(s) and Buyer(s) that DWilliam Auction Company and its agents do not guarantee present values, future values, the size, or area of sold tracts, or warrant title as to any of the tracts being offered for auction. DWilliam Auction Company and its agents are not experts, or do they claim to be experts in any of these areas, and the parties agree to hold DWilliam Auction Company and its agents harmless of any claims arising from any representation or misrepresentation relating to such matters. 5. All information and its sources are believed to be accurate and reliable; however, no guarantee is made by DWilliam Auction Company or its agents. 6. Any announcements made the day of the auction supersede all previous declarations regarding auction. 7. Neither DWilliam Auction Company nor Seller(s) are responsible in the event of delayed signal or loss of signal by either side. 8.
